I was hacked: I answered a phone call I thought was from a client, but it was "Microsoft tech help" that had "noticed I had been having problems with Wifi" which was true. I let this go on as far as letting caller access my machine remotely before I ended the conversation. This guy was smooth, of course. I have been using an until recently, reliable Dell Optiplex 3010 with a newish 5G hard drive. Ideally, I will get it CPU up and running for long enough to do a data shred and install Windows 11 over my Windows 10. Or it may be time to dispose of it. However, at this point, when I sign onto
