Windows 10 - Galaxy buds3 pro won't use stereo and only uses handsfree

I am on windows 10 and have connected my Galaxy buds3 pro to my computer. I have the galaxy wearables app on my computer as well. When i connect to my computer, it automatically uses the ag hands free audio, instead of stereo. When i select stereo, there is no sound that comes out of my earbuds. if i'm using the hands free audio, it does not sound good at all. I am able to select the stereo option, but nothing comes out when I do. I tried using the bluetooth troubleshooter and reinstalled (I think) the driver for that, and i'm still having the issues.
