Windows 10 folder jumps back to the top if I open a file

Per the subject - I do not have any of the other posted folder issues, I only have a problem with folders when a folder has more files than I can see in one folder 'page' AND I open up a file THEN the folder jumps back to the top of the file listing.


Note that this is an 'if and only if' I open up a file.
