Hello,
I have an HP Omen with Windows 10 OS on a 250GB SSD (C
with 112GB free. User directories and data is on D:, a 2TB HDD.
Every attempted update of 1909 has failed since its release with the same error "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 Last failed install attempt on 9/10/2020 - 0x8007042b.
I have a copy of the most recent setuperr.log on OneDrive.
I have read through various threads on this error and tried the 'solutions' - installing from DVD media, installing with all non-MS services disabled, etc. - without success.
I have another computer with an SSD that has also failed all updates to 1909. On that one I formatted the drive and installed from media and it still failed.
Five other computers in my house have all updated to this version (and subsequent versions) with no problem.
Looking for some help at this point that is beyond the standard solutions.
