Not a question, an answer.I'll call this an anomaly though you might think it's a bug rather than a feature.There are (at least) 2 very similar conditions that cause Windows 10 to fail to either boot or come out of hibernation on a laptop. (I suspect this may apply to desktops too.)1. I connected my laptop to my TV using an HDMI cable. Because I didn't want to have the screen glowing while watching on TV, I turned the screen intensity down to off. After watching, I closed my laptop to hibernate, then unplugged the HDMI cable.
