Windows 10 failed reset and installation error

I resseted my laptop with keep my data on but when it was on 88% the charger got a bit loose and as I had a faulty battery it turned off after I connected the charger it turned on a popup came to screen to choose operating system I had which If I choose I would come to the same place then I decided to download it through pendrive but it's giving me a error 0*80300024 I even tried to change it to gpt and mbr both didn't work what to do? Also it doesn't show me the uefi advance restart option
