My pc ( custom built gaming) was being slow so i decided to completely wipe the system. The reset itself took ages, but it finished and i went over to go login. My pc would usually, before windows loaded, would show my bios startup screen then boot into windows, but the bios didnt show up and it was just a black screen until windows showed up. When i put in my pin. the error was ''user profile could not be loaded'' . We tried to reboot into safe mode but all it did was boot into a plain white screen. I then made a windows 10 recovery drive and tried to use it, but whenever i booted the system
