Hello,I've used the Robotiq Wrist camera last year (2024) as a regular webcam by plugging it into the USB port of a Windows PC.After a year, I returned to check the camera with a Windows PC again, and I the device would not start.I have connected the camera to a Mac and it works perfectly fine. It is only with Windows 10 PC's that I'm having an issue.My Windows is up to date.I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, plugging in the device.I keep running into the same error.I have also tried updating the driver, but the installation fails with the error "The device cannot start.
