Windows 10 explorer.exe constantly crashing.

I've been haiving this problem for 2 days now. and it's every time i log into my pc. My explorer.exe would go into a bootloop and constantly crash for a full 2 minutes before coming back to normal. I peep though around event viewer and the culprit is always ucrtbase.dll.

All of the faulting module paths and application paths are always the same, its the report ID that changes in every report that I can see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
