Windows 10 ethernet offline after start-up until after restart

I shut my computer down whenever I finish using it every day. When I start my computer the following day, the internet will be offline. When I go through the trouble shooting, it says that everything is configured properly, but DNS is not responding. I've tried updating drivers, resetting the network settings, talking nice to my computer, and screaming obscenities in multiple languages at my computer. The only way I can get internet, is to restart my computer. After I restart, I immediately have internet. This doesn't make sense to me, as it had been shut down in the first place. This problem
