Windows 10 Enterprise - Microphone connected via USB stop working after a while being in a call (Zoom/Discord) and start working after closing the cal

I'm having a Hyperx quadcast s on Windows 10 Enterprise with motherboard X99-A/USB 3.0 and every time I enter in a call on an app that requires my microphone for example Zoom or Discord even Slack, my mic stop working after 10-20 minutes but if I leave the call (just the call not closing the app) mic start working againAny clues? Troubleshooter didn't found anything. Pointing out that mic is working expectedly on my 2nd PC with Windows 11 (don't remember the motherboard model) so the mic is NOT the problem nor the wire..its something windows related..
