Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC upgrade to WIN 11 Enterprise LTSC

Hi, i have a Win 10 Enterprise LTSC System and must upgrade it to Win 11 Enterprise LTSC (IT compliance). Is this possible or do i have to switch to another version of WIN 11? I have to run an upgrade, a new installation (of win 11)is not possible for me.Cheers Sven
