Windows 10 encountering error when updating (update is KB5051974)

Been trying to download the 2025-2 cumulative update windows 10 version 22H2 for x64 based systems to KB5051974, or even the optional KB5052077 for a few days now, but every time the update reaches 100%, I receive an error message saying "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later.
