Windows 10 doesn't boot after BSOD

Hi, today my Windows got BSOD while I was away from it. Error code was "unexpected store exception" and loading didn't move from 0%. After I restarted my PC it can't start up Windows, saying "Reboot and select proper boot device". In UEFI I can see my SSD that stored Windows and it's first in boot order. What could be the problem and what should I do?
