Hello everyone, I am one very pissed off Customer. (Sorry for the foul tone but this is getting ridiculous.)
I have been waiting for a helpful response on my last post long enough and have only gotten little help, so until I can get someone to help me with this i'll probably post one question a day until this is solved.
I have had windows 10 for about a year now and windows 8 & 8.1 for about 3 years and let me say it has been one of the WORST God forsaken operating systems I've ever used in my entire life!
It's Slow, Ugly, and flat out quits working in about 2 weeks average 1 month TOPS when everything "Metro" Will quit working.
Ill give a few examples:
That's about all I can come up with now...
The only help i'v ever gotten was "Reinstall windows"/Reformat your entire hard drive!
I'v reformatted my hard drive 9, again 9 Times Just to get it working again for a few weeks or up to a month I've just gave up calling Microsoft help line. They cant fix it to function normally.
If you ask me to reformat my hard drive because this is the worst operating system ever and it's far beyond fixing I would Gladly appreciate a refund or a trade-in for a Windows 7 key and behalf of everyone else that has to deal with these problems that don't feel like typing a complaint on Microsoft forums for 2 hours out of there free time and have to deal with this day by day.
The community has been telling you people at Microsoft about all of these problems with the operating system(s) Why do you continue to taunt us? Why do you still continue selling this product? This doesn't work, You know we deeply depend on Microsoft to make good Operating systems. So why can't you continue with Windows XP and Windows 7? They worked fine!
Please reconsider.

Ill give a few examples:
- Explorer.exe Will often Crash and will not come back up for about 1-6 min.
- The Windows Start Menu Stopped working 2 days in. Including but not limited to;
- "Cortana" (Which I believe is deteriorating in the game just like this operating system ironically)
- Start Menu Stopped working.
- The multiple Desktop option thing.
- The new "Metro" Control panel (Settings) which also ties into the Windows activation key (Tells me I didn't pay for the key. Although I typed it in as it included with the tower and a windows 8 installation disk that came with Cyber PowerPC) When I click on The button that would take me to the "Settings" to enter the product key. it will not open... Why? You guessed right! The all new and improved control panel doesn't work! WOW such a great addition to add everything important into that program...
- Along with that on the last bullet my Bluetooth will not work because it is tied into the "Metro" Control panel which doesn't work. And yes the driver is installed properly i'v done the whole 9 yards along with 10 additional miles.
- Slow Startups
- Windows Explorer is slow
- Often crashes in games and also other programs.
- I7 Processor
- 16 GB of RAM
- Nvidia GTX 650
- Windows 10 (Worst decision ever)
- Gigabyte Motherboard
- ^ My computer shouldn't crash only thing that is low performance is the operating system. Maybe the Graphics card too but that is not why the software is crashing.
- Update: Cannot detect flash drives
- Update: Will not go to sleep in sleep mode. Screen will go black that's it, Same with Hibernate. Sometimes Shutdown
- Some more things I cannot name at the top of my head.
- Microsoft Office 2013
- Cannot open downloaded/shared files created from another computer (No it's not because of a different office version)
- The only way around it is to goto Insert > Text > Object > Create from File > Then find the file
