Windows 10 does doesn't start / Bugcheck 113.

My laptop with Windows 10 won't start, and I wanted to know if there's a way to avoid reinstalling the operating system. Using a bootable USB, I saw that the disk has no errors. The file srttrail.txt (C:\Windows\system32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt) contains the following information."Root cause found: Unknown Bugcheck: Bugcheck 113. Parameters = 0x2b, 0xffff898439a0c280, 0x0, 0x0."Can anyone suggest what to do or what can be causing the issue?
