Windows 10 device driver failed verification on boot

Windows is able to boot but BSODs on the login screen with the error message: device verifier detected violation, AsIO3.sys. Background information: This is the latest error in a line of errors that started with my new desktop having a BSOD with error message: KERNAL_HEAP_MODE_FAILURE with error code:144. DISM + SFC SCANNOW was ran with no corrupted files found. Windows memory diagnostic was also ran with it indicating issue found with hardware issue.
