Windows 10 DELL Laptop stuck in bootloop after attempting to reset device.

I attempted to reset my laptop so I left it for a few hours, when I returned the laptop was stuck in a boot loop displaying the stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED displaying that amdkmdag.sys failed. I've researched the issue and a possible fix was shown to be entering the advanced repair assistant. However, when I attempt this, it puts me into the DELL support assist which doesn't give me access to the cmd prompt to fix the issue.Any help would be appreciated
