Recently there were many issues in regards to bad imaging over many programs, games and applications that gave me the error sign. I was able to eliminate the problem by uninstalling the Radeon Software that was originally installed from my PC and rid of the drivers involved.

However, after being reinstalling a newer version of the drivers/software for the GPU my frames in different games began to act up. I then uninstall a second time and every attempt of reinstalling it causes the PC to crash. So I began to try to identify whether this was a GPU problem or PSU problem.

Then just today I realize the GPU was not identified. I checked the information prompt and it states that the name of the display device is Microsoft Basic Display Adapter while my HDMI is connected to the GPU and still displaying.

I hope I can get any information based of the expertise of others here.

Thank you for taking the time to here my issue. I hope there are answers to this.
