Windows 10 crashes after run Malwarebytes.

Hi,Windows 10 booting and can log in to my account, but nothing else can do. Only showing taskbar (Search icon and time ) and it's keep refreshing every second.None on keyboard shortcut keys working.I tried, Startup repair, sfc/scannow,uninstall latest updates, but still no progress.Can any one help.
