Windows 10 corrupted file cannot be deleted via CHKDSK

I have a folder `C:\.Trash1000\`, a remnant of my dual boot, that I can't delete. There is a folder that says it is not empty, and when I try deleting it from the command prompt, it says it is corrupted.I ran `chkdsk \f` and it said it would clean up on the next reboot, and I see on reboot, I get a prompt saying press a key to stop disk checking.I let the countdown run out, and it says "Scanning and repairing drive C" for like 5 seconds, then goes back to saying "press a key to stop disk checking", goes back to saying "Scanning and repairing drive C" for another 5 seconds, and then brings me
