Windows 10 clipboard manager (delayed and unpredictable clipboard updates)

Dear sirs,The Windows 10 clipboard manager technically works but the clipboard updates are delayed and a bit unpredictable. It's as if the copied text snippets are locked and I have to guess what I need to do to trigger unlocks. My guess is that various open apps, add-ins and security software have a negative impact on Windows clipboard performance.Any suggestions?
