Uncheck "use the recommended options for this pc", IF you have less 4 GB Of ram, (2 GB of ram) Make sure the Architecture Is set to 32-bit!.
NOW! Instead of Creating a the Boot image to ur usb select, "ISO file, Don't worry You Don`t need a DVD drive.
Be Extremely patient As this will take 5 hours depending on ur USB and internet It may look like its stuck but don't stop the installation (i would recommend Setting ur pc to never sleep IF Your installing the ISO and Ur about to go to bed Setting/Sytem/power and sleep options.
Once ur iso Installation is complete Download This application--> Rufus
make sure to select the Portable Version.
Once it is installed run it as a Administrator.
Once it is installed Click on select And find ur ISO file, The icon of the file is a "CD" (file name: "windows" And click "open and make sure the Partition scheme is set to GPT And ur Target Sytem to UEFI (Non CSM) Then click start And wait until Ur ISO is converted to a bootable image.
Once it is installed Plug ur USB onto ur Laptop/pc And then boot from the USB as u normally do.once you get to the install window Press: (Shift F10) A command Prompt Should Appear, Type the following:
