Windows 10 changed my keyboard on a colocated computer to Swedish and now local logon doesn't work

I am setting up a media device on an old computer using Windows 10. Windows 10 must be used due to Windows 11 producing a sound buffering issue when using the particular setup I'm using it for.While setting up the server colocation, everything was going fine until Windows changed my keyboard layout to Swedish language, Swedish layout and Swedish Language, English (UK) layout.It did this after changing the admin password.
