Windows 10 “can’t connect to this network”

I feel I have tried every fix I could find, I reset the network and that worked for about 30 minutes then the problem came up again. Every other device works on the wifi. I’ve reset the IP, flushed the dns, forgot the network and tried to reconnect, ram the troubleshooter and it said it’s a problem with the router and to reset the router, it didn’t work after that either, Ive disabled IPv6, manually changed the dns. I’ve even completely wiped my computer and i am still having this problem. What could be the problem at this point?
