windows 10 calculator is not starting/hangs, on first attempt.

HiI have a slightly strange issue. When I try to launch the windows calculator, it "hangs" on fist attempt. meaning all I get is a blue frame with the calculator icon. When I close the blue frame and launch the calculator again it works fine.I have also noticed that the start menu lags sometimes, but generally not. I'm running win 10 pro 22H2 build 19045.5608, 14700k (z790), OS is on a M.2 2TB 990 pro. 64GB ddr5, arc A770.What i have tried, but without results.SFC and DISM commands run, ok, no issues.windows store Troubleshooter, no issues found. windows update Troubleshooter, no issues fou
