Windows 10 BSOD when Shutting Down laptop

After upgrading my ssd drive from a 256gb ssd to a new 512gb ssd on my HP 250 G6 Notebook (and cloning windows and files) I now get a BSOD every time I shut off the laptop. The error code is SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.By looking on the Windows logs I found this kind of error after turning on the pc the next time:"The computer was restarted by an error check.
