Windows 10 BSOD loop

Hi there! before you answer my question, please read this.I use an HP 245 G5 laptop, the specs for that laptop are;- AMD A6 7310- 500GB Seagate HDD- 4 GB RAM DDR3 - AMD Radeon R4 Graphics.Almost forgot, I can't tell you the stop code, it was off screen and I don't know how to fix it. I also cannot attach images because of some reasons.I will tell you how it happens.Today, i sat on my chair and opening my laptop to play OpenBVE, but when i opened it. My laptop goes BSOD, then it worked again. After the laptop restarted, it goes BSOD again. Once again I cannot tell you the off screen stop code.
