Hi, name's Jack

I own an Asus X550Z laptop with Windows 10. Recently my laptop just shut down itself unexpectedly numerous times. Mostly 2-5 seconds after i turned it on. I thought it was either battery problem or something's off with my softwares or Windows.

This month, my windows automatically created 3 restore points. The oldest is windows update and the 2 latest are GPu driver update. First time i was successfully restored to latest restore point. Then again my laptop unexpectedly Died shortly after i start the desktop.

Now's it gone worse. I encountered a Critical_Process_Died BSoD. Instead restart itself my laptop went shutdown. I started it again. Instant died 3 times. Then my laptop run diagnostic. Here's my situation.

1. Automatically and startup repair failed

The choice is advanced option or shutdown.

Usually it's restart.

2. Can't use any restore points

Somehow i can't click next button because every restore points said i need to make sure the drive is protected shown with local disk with unchecked box

3. I tried to enter safe mode and failed

Enter normal safe mode (F4) resulted with same BSoD. With Cmd (F6) end up with my

Laptop force shutdown again.

4. Tried to reset my PC. No luck.

Both options said there's problem reset my PC. Same at uninstall update.

5. Tried to open cmd.

i still don't know what happen with my

Laptop. And i can run it admin since i

Can't even enter safe mode. I ran

Sfc/ scannow, but force dead at 50%

6. Tried to enter BIOS

Still force dead every 2-10 seconds

However, i still haven't encounterd force shutdown when I'm on windows recovery. Which is makes me worried. Please help me. I've been stuck at the same loop for hours. Need help ASAP
