Windows 10 blue screen error

Whenever I try to boot my laptop it comes up with a blue screen error (critical process died, bad system config info, karnal data inpage error) or "no bootable device found -- insert boot disk and press any key" after a bunch of attempts it finally boots, Then after going to the desktop in a few seconds the blue screen appear again
