Windows 10 Black screen reboot, screen freezes and crash after.

I have been putting off restarting my computer after an update for about a week. I finally restarted to allow any updates to finish, but afterwards, I am experiencing weird crashes where 2-10 mins within booting up, the screen suddenly turns black and the computer restarts (with a quicker boot up time than a clean restart). After this restart, the screen and the whole machine becomes unresponsive.Troubleshooting steps taken:Removed GPU, now using built in graphicsRemoved/Reseated/Changed RAMSwapped out PSU Reset BIOS,Restored from restore point Startup Repair Uninstalled latest quality
