Windows 10 Automatic Repair Startup Settings options don't work

Whenever I go to the Startup Settings in Automatic Repair on my PC, the options don't seem to do anything when I press the number keys or the function keys of the options. I have tried this multiple times with different keyboards. How do I fix this?
