windows 10 arm on raspberry pi 3B+

I have been using online resources to create a windows 10 ARM image for the raspberry pi 3B+. I am able to deploy the image to the SD card but the needed USB drivers are not there to boot the raspberry pi. Where can I find these drivers, is there a cost and how much?
