Windows 10 anniversary update

Having recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10, I have unfortunately experienced a number of issues, this despite doing a clean install from a USB drive. I am considering repeating the clean install but wonder, given that the anniversary update is now available, whether I can do a clean install from the anniversary update?


I have two questions ..........


1) Can I perform a clean install using the Anniversary update ISO?


2) Will my original Windows 7 key carry forward?
