Windows 10 anniversary update failed to install with 0x80070422 error

I get the Windows 10 update assistant from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=823759 and it said my PC is compatible so I let it download the files and then verify the download blabla... Until the Windows 10 setup program launch, I let it check for update and then I let it do its job until it is 37% while updating my windows and then there's a popup dialogue said Windows 10 installation fail. And the Windows 10 update assistant popup saying unknown error 0x80070422


I try restarting my PC, check the Windows update service in services.msc that it is started and is start automatic but none of them work.
