Windows 10 Activation

Hello, I've seen many methods of "windows activation" on YouTube videos and soo many are illegal but I want to know that if someone activate their windows using this method:

1st, write these lines in a notepad

and, then save as a .bat or .cmd file

next, run this as a administrator [definitely internet connected at this time]


slmgr.vbs /ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-*****

slmgr.vbs /skms kms.lotro.cc

slmgr.vbs /ato

[In the 1st line of these code, "*" means = 5*5 product key]


My question is:

1. Is it legal?

2. Is it safe?

Please reply me and tell me the reason also, it will help me and others also.
