Windows 10 22H2 lag in games, no boot with Optane, SecureBoot

I downloaded a version of windows 10 a few days ago from a website (can’t remember the name, but it was the first thing I seen when I looked for downloads), and in games it acts strange. (Which go figure, you get what you get, but I couldn’t download the iso straight from Microsoft, and it looked normal) I have all my drivers installed, I have a GTX1650Ti and a Intel Core i3, which should run games like roblox fairly smoothly. But it won’t run smoothly, it starts to lag randomly off and on, and sometimes the loading is messed up. When I checked windows update to download all
