Windows 10 (2004) update broke my Xbox Elite 2 Controller

Using the 1909 update i was having no issues using the Xbox elite 2 controller everything worked fine upon updating to the 2004 update the controllers "A Button" when pressed is bring up the the Xbox Game Bar rendering the controller useless in games so i disable the Game bar then steam started coming up so I disabled that now the controller is registering A presses but if you do combo's such as left stick down and A press it will not register at all is there any fix to this problem or has the 2004 update buggered it up?


This is using Bluetooth on both 1909 and 2004 versions.
