Windows 10 2004: Outlook Profile is missing, autodiscover not working

Hi,

I'm currently testing Windows 10 2004. installation as an upgrade works perfect. Userprofile loads fine, but the outlook profile ist gone and autodisover ist not working. It just shows the normal welcome screen when you first start outlook and I can't connect to the mailbox.

OS: Windows 10 2004

Office: 2016

Exchange: O365

Any ideas? I have the issue on several clients with different users.
