Windows 10, 2 Touch Screens, Installed and working good but once i turn of PC i always need to Set up my 2 touch screens again?

Hello,My PC works with Windows 10 my graphics card is: NIVIDA GeForce 210. I Have Two Touch screens from Uperfect. Once I do the set up the two touch screens work perfect. But when I restart or start my PC new I have to do all the set up again. That means I have to do again and again:1. Unplug and re-plug the USB cable on both screen. Only than the icons Tablet PC Settings and the Pen and Touch Icon Shows.2. In Tablet and PC Settings click Setup and following the steps. Once done, everything works fine.3. Until I turn off PC or restart. Than I have to start with step 1 once again.Where do
