Annual follow-up on a problem Microsoft has been working on for "YEARS"!The posts of unhappy customers keeps growing."File Explorer" recognizes and lets me use any USB Flash drive (Format, copy, delete, etc.).Windows 10/11 doesn't recognize those same USB flash drives to finish other programs.Examples: "Creating a recovery drive with system files" or "creating an ISO".I am using a new (3 Mo.) Dell XPS 8960, 64Gb memory, 1Tb SSD, 2Tb SATA, 4Tb WD attached drive.All programs and updates are current.Anybody (Besides Microsoft) figured out a fix.
