Windows 10/11 Screen/Monitor Settings Reset After Reboot, Shutdown, or Sleep

Hi,I have a dual monitor setup, where one of them is in landscape and the other is on portrait orientation.After every reboot, shutdown, or sleep, my screen settings reset. Screen 2 becomes the main display, switches to landscape orientation, and all the adjustments I carefully set are ignored.Yes, it only takes about 20 seconds to fix, but when you're doing this 3-4 times a day, every day, it gets incredibly frustrating.This issue exists on both Windows 10 and 11, even with clean installs and fully updated systems.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Latest GPU drivers (clean installs).Using the "re
