Window11 version 23H2 error code 0x80070002

Hi, My windows showed a red update icon (which I had never seen before). I could finish downloading. When I restarted after the downloading, everything looked normal. However, the computer would show up the red update icon again after I finished installing. I think the installation failed. When I checked, the error code is 0x80070002. I looked this up online, and have tried windows troubleshooting. However, the issue remains. Can someone advise me how to fix this?
