WIndow Remote Desktop Connection Issue

Hi Community, I used to use Remote Desktop to control a desktop. Recently, I moved the desktop to a new room; however, I am not able to connect to the desktop. I have changed the IP address, but every time I tried to connect the desktop using Remote Desktop I got the following error message:You have been disconnected because another connection was made to the remote PC.Error code: 0x516 Extended error code: 0x0 Activity ID: {6f0b2ce5-6cd7-4cac-a938-9361a3ce0000}However, I am pretty sure no one else was using the desktop so there should not be another connection made to the remote PC.Has anyone
