window 11 sign in problem

I recently got my window 11 lastest update, when the update completed, and the account log page pop out with a message that state 'Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again'. and the system ask me to sign in to my microsoft account. I can't recovery my account, the account. live. com/acsr link isn't helping, neither reinstalling the window and i haven't had any other device (besides my window) that signed to that email. I need help to either recovery my email, or change it with a new email f
