Window 11 mouse cursor progressively shrinks until nearly invisible

My problem is with Logitech M185 mouse, (and corded mouse added in parallel afterwards to see if that fixed problem. It didn't help). My mouse cursor progressively gets so small that I have go back to SETTINGS and re-increase cursor size several times a day. NOTE: The windows text insertion cursor stays large, only the cursor pointer get progressively smaller.Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated.
