Window 11 Failures

Microsoft sent an email that I could update to windows 11, so I did and now I have no audio and a message telling me that there is no audio installed. Also my video has shaky pixals and goes to a blank screen without notice and I have to play with the enter key and try to get it back. Now Microsoft wants me to pay. They screwed my computer not me, so that Windows 11 stay away from and I have no faith in Microsoft to help people that they screwdup.
