Window 11 after update kb5022303 wreck hyperv and wireguard client

I had updates delayed but got security updates today kb5022303. Hyper-v host computers does not start and the wireguard client does not work - "Unable to create network adapter: Error creating adapter: The device is not ready for use." Rolled back all updates, but this is the last update after uninstall, reappears after reboot, can't be uninstalled or rolled back. This whole situation makes me very sad. Release of updates that spoil the system is a Microsoft tradition?
