Hello,
When I tried installing Window 10, it download, however at the end it fails to installed at the end. When I look at the update log, it gives the following error message
Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586
Installation date: 06/07/2016 11:59 AM
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code 8007045D
Update type: Important
Under the Action Center of System and Security, it shows I have already turned off Virus Protection. However, it shows Windows Defender as out of date. When I ask it to update now, after time elapsed 00:02:59, it gives an error found 0x80004004.
I don't know if this information helps, but under Windows Defender, at the bottom box, it says Antispyware definitions: Version 1.213.2081.0 created on 07/01/2016.
I have already tried doing a clean boot, and perform the checkdisk function, but it doesn't help.
