Window 10 installation fail

Hi everyone.I tried to install my Window 10 through iso and media creation tool (My option is Keep my apps and my files). It go through smoothly to 100% completed. But at the "wait to restart" stage, The pop-up error appear :"Window installation failed".What's happen? Can i fix it?
